"I had several estimates for our crawl space. Brent Amundrud was the most thorough in evaluating our needs and by the time he and his crew were finished our crawl space looked like a sterile kitchen. Everything sealed and beautifully finished. He also discovered mold in our heating unit that several hVac technicians had missed or just did not know what they were looking at. I usually do not write reviews. I feel that all companies should do the job they are paid to do, however, I need to applaud the professionalism, enthusiasm for his work, and thoroughness of the job in restoring our crawl space Great job Brent"

They were very thoughtful and understanding of our project and offered to do more than we originally planned but their explanation made complete sense and we are glad we had them do our full planting job instead of just the excavation. "Tarheel encapsulated our crawlspace. They cleaned out the bulk of the debris and sprayed fungicide. They also managed to knock over a post jack. The second day they put a sump pump and replaced the old insulation They installed reinforced plastic sheeting, including over the base of the fallen post jack. The insulation began falling within a few hours of the crew leaving. They did send a second crew to fix this. Our older furnace depends on the under-house vents to breathe. These were all sealed up. The furnace pulled combustion air out of the house until I cut the vents open. In digging the sump well (at one of the highest points of the crawlspace) they cracked the sewer line, which let gravel fall in. Whenever the drains back up enough, the sump pump sends raw sewage out to the front yard. I am currently waiting for an estimate from the plumber to replace the broken sewer pipe and move the sump pump. I have called to discuss this and hope to eventually get a return call."

PS - He also installs crawl space sealed entry ways (door). This was needed due a cavity under a porch! Wonderful work Chris! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!"
