"Roof installation was quick, roof looks good. Deducted one star, because gutter heater wires and cable TV wires removed with the old roof were not replaced correctly. Management had a crew install the wires correctly within a very few days."

"They did a great job. I did have a complaint about the paint they used in the kitchen. I called Eian and he came right out and said he didn't like it either and had it repainted at no charge. As he was leaving, he noticed some caulking around a north facing window and had one of his workers come back out and re-caulk the windows, and several other areas, at no charge."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
