Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"We called several companies on a Sunday and had to leave messages for most. But my husband reached Joe and scheduled an appointment the following week for him to come out and review the job we needed done. We have 2500 sq. ft. of slate tile that desperately needed cleaning and sealing. Joe walked the house and advised he would need two days to complete the whole job - one day to clean it and another to seal it. He advised two types of sealant and we opted for the matte finish. One company quoted us $4/sq ft = $10K. Joe came in under $2K. He was very personable, professional (a bit chatty). The first day was tough for a one man crew but I think it helped when I made him some coffee. Even after just the cleaning, the floors looked brand new. He came back the second day for the sealing, and the work was wonderful. He even polished our kitchen granite counter-tops for free! The following day, we found just a few spots that could use touch-up and Joe was super professional about it. He scheduled a time to come out and fix those spots and overall, we were thrilled with his service."
