"EDDIE,Came on time, TEXTED ME THAT HE WILL BE AT MY HOME AT 7:00am tomorrow,Told him the problem three sprinklers valves not being used off since 8 years ago! But one was leaking?? I want them all out caped and removed ,Eddie did that Gone !! Found out my system was hooked up on the line before the house shut of so I would have to shut off at the meter at the Street !! If there ever was a leak told me the shut off valve after the meter nice to know!!! Track homes !! "I have approximately 900 square feet of grass in my back yard that had deteriorated steadily over the last ten years despite quite a bit of attention from me and my lawn care providers.  Tom and a team of five tore out the existing grass, tilled the remaining soil, replaced several broken sprinklers, deposited a lot of new soil, and laid down new sod.

The whole process took about a day and a half.

During the sod installation, a wire in my landscpare lighting was accidentally cut.  Tom came back and fixed the problem a few days later."

"The project was broken into three phases, and we've now completed the first two with the third being completed over the next few weeks.  The first phase--clean-up was perfect--his crew was right on schedule, were a delight to work with, amazingly helpful and trustworthy.   An A+, and exactly to the approved cost estimate.
Phase Two: landscape design, choosing materials and plants....Tom hit it out of the park with his tireless commitment to painstakingly conceptualize, design, and select individual plants one by one.  We worked together on ideas, met at nurseries to make final selections, and he would make revision after revision until he felt it was perfect.  Another A+.
Phase Three: installation. Now that the plants have been placed throughout the yard and all other material: stones, ground covers, mulch, etc. has been selected, all  installation will be done over the next week.  I'm 100% certain it will be another A+---that's the only way Tom and his crew operate.
