Took weeks to admit responsibility and now months later there is still no flooring, no insurance contact, and no resolution. Endless delays, excuses, and silence. I?ve lost rental income and had to pull listings. Filing CSLB complaint if this isn?t resolved immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable. There were a few hiccups that came with replacing the old tank heater and working with the old plumbing of the home, but Jax Mechanical were able to solve any problems that popped up. Michael was also proactive in the initial discussion and found that our PRV needed replacing which was something we were glad he found before it led to any long term issues."
