He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again."

Ryder made every effort to find a cheaper way to solve the problem, and only when those did not work, did he resort to a more complicated solution and at that stage he also worked to help keep our costs down. I appreciated the timeliness, thoughtfulness, and his clear and precise communication which also highlighted how experienced he was with this particular plumbing issue."

There were a few hiccups that came with replacing the old tank heater and working with the old plumbing of the home, but Jax Mechanical were able to solve any problems that popped up. Michael was also proactive in the initial discussion and found that our PRV needed replacing which was something we were glad he found before it led to any long term issues."
