"I was impressed with Jessee. I had purchased a large shed that was delivered 5 months ago. I had removed it from the box and separated the pieces. I tried to assemble myself but with no success. "After reading many good reviews on Angie's List, I was impressed from my very first contact with the owner..  He called me back very quickly after the first message I left.  I had a very good feeling from my first conversation.  The owner came out very quickly to give me an estimate and started the work quickly thereafter.  The artist who did the actual finishing was excellent and totally non-defensive about any requests for changes. <br /> The job was not finished in as timely a manner as I would have preferred, but I believe most of that was due to my changing my mind and the beginning part of the job having to be redone; that seemed to throw them behind and made it difficult to catch up that time.  That said, they were completely cooperative and helpful despite my mistake and spent time and effort helping me figure out the change I wanted.   I believe the final job was beautiful due to the patience, advice, and kindness of the owner. <br /> I should mention that I live fairly far from the business, and I think that made it a bit more difficult for all of us.  That said, both the owner and I have said we would work together again. <br /> I highly recommend Hollywood Refinishing (who I just found out contracts out for other home remodeling).  We are very "picky" and have been dissatisfied with more than our share of contractors - Hollywood Refinishing is one of the good (great) guys!!!! <br />"
