"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

We required several stucco repairs – some not easy, as well as an indoor project for painting. Oscar is clearly an expert in his field and took the time and care to complete all work with an exceptional degree of workmanship. He was able to perfectly blend the new stucco to the older paint and texture and he painted larger areas than were originally discussed in order for the work to look seamless. Over the 3 days, the work areas were cleaned up neatly at the end of the day and Oscar made a point of saying hello and goodbye each day, which might seem like a small thing however speaks to the professionalism displayed. A few days later, he appeared with a full crew for the job.  After carefully protecting and covering all of my new windows, the old stucco was preped and the new stucco applied.  The house looks like new and has an updated stucco pattern and we get rave reviewsabout how great it looks.  The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything perfectly when the job was completed.

"I had Sprayco painting the exterior of my house and a 1000+ sq ft of wooden deck. I could not have been any happier with the work they performed. Salomon and his crew did an outstanding job for a fair price. To begin with, Salomon was very flexible with adjusting dates to accommodate for bad weather. He went above and beyond to paint small segments of the area to help me coordinate the color selection and offered his opinion, which was always spot on. He is very detailed oriented and always willing to accommodate extra requests and perform fixes after the final walkthrough. Besides painting the house's exterior, he also changed some deck poles that were wobbly and cracking us. Once again, they did an excellent job! Overall I had a great experience with Sprayco, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your painting needs. As of writing this review, I am already having Sprayco working on a second project for me."
