"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
I am not sure if the service was worth the cost.

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

I had multiple pee stains from my Beagle that were all removed and the carpets look great. Jason even gave me some tips on how to better clean certain surfaces.
