"This guy is a pure scammer trying to sxxx people dry of there money. He will try to rip you off all while wearing a fake ugly smile on his face. Called him out to diagnose our fridge that wasnt cooling completely. He decided to completely un-solder the pipes on our compressor to ?diagnose? our fridge. After telling us we had an ?electronic issue? we could tell something was off and told him to leave. He left our fridge with an extra $600 worth of damage and needed repairs. Avoid this person at all costs."

"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. He was an artist in several areas, he leveled each and every paver by hand as well as used his expertise in concrete to direct areas for water to drain from the property during rainfall. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done. He and his staff always cleaned up after themselves and made sure no one would be in danger of walking across an unsafe area. His work made such a huge difference to the quality and value of the property – it easily paid for itself. If you want an artist who prides himself on his work, Efrain is your guy."
