"Ulysses from Valley Handyman was truly great to work with. He replaced the control panel on my Viking refrigerator, and while it initially worked, the fix unfortunately only lasted about a day. Ulysses promptly returned, got it running again, but after another 24 hours the refrigerator stopped cooling once more. Instead of giving up, Ulysses went above and beyond. He installed a monitoring device in the refrigerator and closely tracked its performance over several days. In total, he came back five or six times trying to diagnose and resolve the issue. His persistence and commitment were impressive. Eventually, I decided to bring in a Viking specialist, who determined that the cost to fully repair the refrigerator would exceed what I wanted to invest.
