Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Rancho Mirage, CA

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Had already scheduled a Monday appointment with another company when Anthony contacted me mid-afternoon on Thursday. I was not happy about waiting til Monday to have my dryer checked out. He told me he could have a technician at my house Friday morning! Naturally, I jumped at that. Derek called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival, first thing this morning. He was polite, professional, and extremely efficient! Pleasant to talk with and did not seem to mind me "hoovering' to see what was going on. He very quickly identified then fixed the issue (no heat). Wonderful customer service and very, very reasonably priced. Derek did the preventative maintenance on my Samsung dryer while he had it all open. I very highly recommend this company...I couldn't be happier with their communication and quality of work! Hire them!"

"We had problems getting our refrigerator/freezer to work properly for over a year and considered replacing it but decided to give a repair service a chance. Max came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, warned that he might not be able make an effective repair and allowed us to weigh the risks before proceeding with his fix. Within an hour, Max had the compressor purring like new and our freezer temperature dropped to a perfect -1 F. Replacement cost for built-in refrigerator is over $10,000 so Max’s service was money well spent. I appreciate Max’s honesty, professionalism and technical capabilities. I highly recommend his services for appliance repair."

"Eddy was extremely helpful in repairing an appliance that I thought may be beyond repair, as well as providing good, economical advice on the approach to repairing a second appliance. I felt that he was trying to give me the most practical advice, even though it meant a lesser amount of work for him. I highly recommend him - particularly if you have appliances that are off warranty that nobody seems to want to touch."

"Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and even showed me how to do a minor repair myself.  I believe it was John who came out.  I would use them again and refer them to others.
