"I made a cold call to Jason. We set up an appointment. Jason arrived on time and evaluated the problem and told me what the situation was. ordered the parts. We setup another appointment for Jason to come back and repair the washer when e received the parts. Jason repaired the washer and with my approval serviced the dryer also. Jason was very qualified, very professional and thorough in the performance of his work. I will certainly use his service again. Jason rocks!"

"Teckrom is the best! My dryer failed and they scheduled Joseph, he arrived on time, masked. He diagnosed and had to order a part. Once it came, he was promptly back. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. He did a thorough diagnostic on the electronics. Then he came back with Cristian and they worked on it together and checked every single possibility. They never gave up on the challenge! They kept at it until the dryer was fixed. Then when I gave Cristian a check for the repair, he said he'd not cash it for a few days to make certain the dryer worked. A couple of days later he texted to make sure all was well. I'd recommend them highly."

"The employee who was trouble-shooting the problem could not pinpoint the exact problem. So he contacted his boss-the owner--who promptly came out. He knew it was a wiring problem but was unable to pinpoint where in the wiring the problem was. So we then discussed prices of a new unit in case it couldn't be repaired. He later emailed me an estimate for the cost of fixing the problem (still not specifically identified) which was extremely high: $460.00--far beyond my ability to pay. I asked my friends and eventually found someone who knew a lot about air condidtioners & wiring and he and I together were able to trouble shoot & find the exact location of the severed wires which were not difficult or time consuming to find. My air conditioner has been running just fine ever since. I saved $370 by getting involved in the trouble shooting. Tarpy was professional and responsive but highly overpriced with this particular problem."

"I can't say enough good things about this whole effort and working with Sunshine. I inquired at 830pm about a problem with our dryer. I had already purchased the right kit to fix it but also knew a professional was needed. Sunshine representative Jessica answered my request that late at night, matched my kit cost for the parts and had an EXCELLENT technician in Elijah show up the next evening. I was kept up on his arrival time and all the pricing was half of the fixed price cost the HA site quoted me. The job was done way better than expected. He vacuumed out the lower dryer and later the entire work floor. He showed me the worn parts and explained what had been the cause of our trouble. He ran into an unexpected challenge that the manufacturer had left hidden and just fixed it... no extra cost, just wanted the customer happy. They even offered a retired military guy a break on the price. I am very detail oriented but I couldn't find anything at all that I wish they would have done differently. They were OUTSTANDING and I don't write that often at all! I would give them my strongest positive rating!!! Choose them and you will be happy you did."
