"Alfredo and crew did a ton of back-breaking work, the area didn’t allow lots of machine use, just sweat and labor. And, they were not afraid. (Previous bids/interviews wouldn’t touch it because of the need of hand labor) The crew understood what needed to be done and did not hesitate. Sometimes, a job needs hands on instead on reliance on mechanical assistance. His estimate was very reasonable versus large operation quick fix. If you’re looking for a good homeowner /contractor relationship, this is the answer. Wait times are minimal and work done quickly. My project was straight forward and he was able to successfully complete it a couple days. Don’t expect high pressure sales, just straight forward plan. My past experience with other concrete contractors was very disappointing. If you have a special project or even something straight forward, Alfredo’s company should be your first call. Next concrete job needed, I know who to call. And, to top it off, Alfredo is very, very proud of his work. It’s s personal goal. You will not be disappointed."

"The overall process was very smooth. Lowell is extremely knowledgeable and started with a very informative estimate of all the possibilities he was considering for the project. He has a substantial portfolio of past work to view as well. The timeline was accurate and he was updating us every step of the way if something changed. We happened to be out of town the week of the project but communication was never an issue. The final product was amazing. Everything he outlined for us to expect and see from the finished product was true. The one critique I have is that we were unaware of some of the landscaping issues with the surrounding sod that we now have to fix to make level with the new driveway. It would have been nice to know how much he would have to dig down and change the look of everything surrounding the driveway/walkway"

He seemed well experienced to let us know the process and turn around time. We weren't planning on doing ceiling but he convinced us to repaint and I am so glad that he did! The rooms are so much brighter and I was shocked the color difference of before and after!  He was on-time and clean up was spotless and I was very impressed because you hear so many horror stories about that. I loved our finished project!! I love my new trim works in all the rooms and doors. He even helped us picking out a color using a designer! I am very particular and picky so I almost expect problems when I hire contractors. I really didn't find anything when he did a walk through with us when it was completed. I mentioned a small thing and he took care of it right away. Again, I'm very particular but I would recommend Jared to any of my family and friends with no hesitation.
