"Jenny explained what she would do for each of the projects and the costs involved. She was very professional and friendly. She was very precise with the caulking--it looks almost perfect. The handrail she built and installed in the garage is very sturdy. She repaired my deck posts by replacing inadequate screws/nails with heavy lag bolts. She did a good job correcting the sloppy work done by the home builder (Lennar). I think this is a very trustworthy company and I would certainly use them again."

"I've used Dennis in the past and he always does a good job. Our house is cedar and needed to be freshend up. Dennis and Tim came over at 9 am. They covered everything I wanted and started staining. They worked like troopers on ladders all day. They were amazing. If they dripped stain on anything they cleaned it up.
My wife and I took all the lights and accessories off and on the house. All I wanted them to do was soak as much stain into the siding as they could. They finished up at 5:30 pm with only a short break for lunch. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Nagel Painting.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"We were very pleased with Scott (SMS Construction) and his proposed estimate for building the deck, footings, permits required, etc. His price was competitive with other contractors. He was extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious in his description of what needed to be done, and how it was to be done in our face-to-face meeting. He takes pride in his workmanship and it shows in the finished product. I believe in his integrity and follow-thru in what he proposes, executes, and finishes. The deck looks more attractive and was constructed much better than the first deck. The stairs to the deck look great and the color of the wood is also very attractive. (We used "brown treated Pine" instead of cedar.) We are pleased and satisfied that our money was well spent on this contractor and the professionalism he exemplified in the whole process. "The job took about 8 days. Two colors were used on the house. After receiving Daren's initial bid, we carefully went through all the items that were to be done. Daren was easy and reasonable to work on making some adjustmens. The 3 painters who worked on the house were neat and tidy. Daren would update me daily on their progress; make notes of areas that they had repaired; and, discuss any questions about which color went where. For example we thought we wanted our porched painted in the trim color but we changed our mind to using the siding color. They called a week after being here and asked us to make a punch list of anything they missed."

"Jared arrived with Paula and set immediately to work. They prepped and protected all the woodwork and covered all the furniture. It was a rainy day with high humidity so the paint was slow to dry for them to apply the second coat. So they offered to return later in the day to apply the second coat and finish up. I am very pleased with their attention to detail. No splatters or drips anywhere. The rooms look GREAT and they were very easy to work with. I would DEFINITELY recommend and work with them again!"

"They do a great job with the windows. Only disappointment was they don't vacuum windowsills before or after they clean. We have lots of trees in our yard and dead gnats on our windowsills. I didn't want those wiped onto the floor so I took off screens and vacuumed windowsills prior to their cleaning, then vacuumed the floor by windows after they left. Their price is very reasonable and the windows look GREAT. I would recommend their services, and will use them again, I'll just prepare ahead of time for their next visit."
