Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"Daren was very nice to work with, starting with the bid process and continuing throughout the job. He was very responsive and concerned about our satisfaction with the work. The price was very reasonable for all that work on 30 windows and other side projects. The windows look much better and it really brightens up the house even though we decided not to paint the stucco. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work. We had a few issues along the way, which seems to happen with any house project. Issues included some problems with clean up and some damage to lawn and plants. There also could have been better communication when the start date was delayed. However, any time that there was a problem Daren worked hard to fix it. He is a very honest guy and easy to work with. He included some free work to compensate for the issues that arose. Despite the few hiccups, with the quality of the work I give the overall experience an ''A''."
