"The number one thing for me when hiring a contractor is honesty and integrity. When all others that I called were stringing me along for 2 days due to the high demand created by the cold temperatures, Kenneth told me when he'd be there, showed up on time, quickly identified the pipe that had burst, repaired it within minutes, and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely be calling them for other home repair needs I have in the future."

"After trying to get several other companies to answer phone calls and schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was very friendly and quickly took down my information and told me that I would receive a phone call soon, up to 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive at my house. about 2 hours later I received a phone call from the plumber who said they were about 10 minutes from my house. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

"Matthew from Drimaxx was awesome! He was very informative and kept my mind at ease during a difficult situation. Remediation work was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly. Air quality testing was also done to verify that remediation was compeltely correctly. MAtthew followed up on completion of project and made sure that we were satisifed. Very good experience overall. I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs remediation work done.
