"We purchased a Greenstone home with an unfinished basement a few years ago. Bonney constuction's complete finishing of the basement shows exceptional quality and attention to detail. The final cost was very close to estimate even though we added a few things. Warren and his friendly crew duplicated the upgraded craftsman trim we had on the upper floors as well as the beveled corners on the sheet rock and the basement integrates seamlessly with the rest of the house. This job required expertise in every phase of construction and Warren brought in the right people for each job. After seeing all that goes into a project of this type I feel very fortunate that I had a knowledgeable contractor like Warren in charge. We are beyond happy with the results and realize that what we spent is exceeded by the increase in value of our home."

"Sergey and his team at Elite Construction did an extraordinary job restoring the back of my home after a fire. It was my first time dealing with contractors and what could have been a very trying experience turned out very smoothly indeed. Sergey demonstrated integrity in his proposal and his performance. The communication was great. I really appreciated Sergey’s design and color suggestions for the porch. The team was courteous, respectful, professional, and timely. They always left the site as neat as a pin each day after work. The back of my home looks stunning! I am so very glad I found Sergey and his team at Elite Construction and would use them again in a minute. I highly, highly recommend them."

"Mike Michaelis was God sent he came and got the job done and didnâ t stop until it was complete. Everyday when he came before he went down to the basement he would pet our animals so everyday they expected it. One day My Brother came over with all of his dishes and was complaining about needing a contractor to come and fix his flooding. Mike just finished for the day and right away he took on the job to get my Brother out of our hair. He went to fix a leak until my brotherâ s mobile home and had to crawl under the unit and clamp the exposed valve.â Talk about Johnny on the spotâ We needed him and after his Job with our basement He showed up to help my brother. Before hiring Mike for our job I looked up reviews and called a few people. They all had nothing but positive things to say. When Mike does a project he puts his expertise, and soul into his his work I would definitely recommend Him for any job. Plus He has everyone needed to finish our job like plumbers, or electrician,"

"He was wonderful, professional and meticulous. We were so impressed by his professionalism and how genuinely nice he was. I think the pictures speak for themselves and how great it was to have him as our contractor. He was affordable and always always willing to talk and go over the project together. Changes were never an issue and we love that he was always willing to work with us. We could not have asked for a better contractor. Would 100% recommend!"

"This was the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. Andrew made the process run very smoothly and stress free."

"Joe Thom with Oakmont Carpentry provided high quality workmanship and was extremely reliable, trustworthy, and consistently communicated with us throughout the entire project. We had to put a new deck on our home with railing as well as new soffits, fascia and siding on the front of our home. We had a contractor steal our money and not complete the work paid for, and Joe worked with us to finish the work within the budget we had left to do it. He was amazing and I would highly reommend him for any carpentry work!"
