"I was at a loss to why my shower was leaking into my living room.. previous plumber said I needed a complete shower replacement.. Boss crew came in next day of being called and found it was my pipes not the shower itself..they were very nice, fast, and showed me every step along the way.. it was a little steeper in price then expected but worth the value of work done."

"I needed an outdoor faucet installed and the broken pipe to it replaced down in the crawl space; not a fun job. Hasaun was the technician sent out to do the repairs and he was great. He called ahead to let me know he was coming and kept me in the loop when he went to pick up tools and parts. He did the repairs quickly and made sure I inspected when he was finished. The faucet looks great, the water pressure is awesome, and the whole job cost me less than I was expecting. And most importantly... he loved on my dog! If I ever need a plumber in the future I will definitely call Revenge Plumbing."

"This company did so much more than septic repair. They redid the entire inside of my home after a sewer backup then frozen pipes and just complete devastation to my home. They called immediately, showed up before it snowed, and did every single repair above and beyond. Professional courteous and I highly recommend them and anyone they work with."

"Miscommunication: What was communicated over the phone to the company was not clearly communicated to the 2 people who showed up. The hose that they went out and purchased was the wrong size, so they had to go out a second time. They also said the faucet was leaking as well and had to be replaced. Cost was $349 ($150 parts; $150 labor)."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Ravena, NY

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
