"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"John contacted me, and came to my home to inspect my old tank, and verify that it was no longer good. He provided me with quotes on a new hot water tank and a tankless system. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the time frames to do each job. I ultimately decided to go with a tankless system. He was very professional and nice to my children who were often in the way of his work. While completing the job he also discovered that the pipes to my HVAC system were not secure and he fixed that. He also disposed of items used on the job making the place look better than before. I can't wait to hire him for my next job."
