Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Ravenna, KY

"I definitely recommend Bill, Dylan, and crew for any work that you need done. They are highly skilled, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. They will spend time with you determining the best options for your project that fit within your budget. Bill and Dylan took out my deck style front porch and added a covered front porch on my 1897 home. They took care to match the style of the porch to the style of the house while staying within my budget. There are pictures of this house back to the 50's where there was no covered porch, but the porch they added looks like it has always been part of the house. The workmanship was excellent, and they took care to keep the work area neat. They also repaired rotten sections of my box / hidden gutters around my entire house. There was significant damage, and this was a large undertaking. I am very happy with the end result and feel comfortable that I will not have to worry about issues with the gutters for many years. Bill, Dylan, and crew have done additional work for me including lowering the height of my non-working chimney and re-mortaring the remaining section, repairing trim on the house that had been chewed up by carpenter bees, and replacing my bathroom vanity. All of their work has been great! I will continue to use them for all of my future projects."

"They did an absolutely excellent job on my deck. Couldn't ask for better"

"I was grateful that they were willing to take on a small job of finishing some deck work. Kyle was professional and efficient in getting the work done. . I am very pleased with the work and look forward to calling on them again when needs arise."

"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage.  He was very professional and arrived on schedule.  It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place.  He took pictures and notes.  Santos called within a few days and recommended we involve an architect and scheduled a time to meet her.  Again, they arrived on time.  Shari Mullins, with pillar3, agreed to make some drawings.   These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy.  We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving.  We decided to add a bathroom and a closet to the room above the garage.  Santos and Shari worked together, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward. They were professional.  They always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.  They were always here when they said they would be here.  They listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed.  They put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford.  They kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets!  It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions. Santos and Shari both take great pride in their work and I would recommend them for any project, both personal and commercial. "Outstanding! Our deck looks great and they were very careful with our plants around the deck."

"Paul stopped by the next day after asking him to stop by to look at the work that needed to be done. He took about 5 minutes and said that he could do it for about $850. We called back and asked for a written estimate and explanation of what he was exactly going to do. He obliged. We receive the contract and signed it within 2 days. Paul's workers came on time that Friday. Within three hours, they had the old beam out and the new beam in. Everything went as planned. After the job was finished, the workers cleaned up the work area. It seemed like they were never there. We needed to replace some gutter guards on the gutter they took down to install the beam. Paul said he would install the ''no maintenance'' guards for us for about $100 extra. We agreed. Overall, we are really happy with the work they did. Paul and his workers are super friendly. We saved over $2000 going with Paul. We will definitely be using them again for future projects."

"Called for quote and immediately got someone to look at the deck. The price was affordable and fair, and the job was completed the next week. The craftsmanship is great and I would use them again."

"These workers are very hardworking and professional men. They give 110% until the job is done to your satisfaction. Very down to earth, honest and friendly. If you have any questions or concerns they will answer them and work with you wholeheartedly. I would recommend Ritchie’s Roofing and Construction to anyone needing a job done !"

"The deck is beautiful and well constructed. In addition to building the deck, Bobby, the owner, designed and installed custom gates with aluminum spindles for my back yard entrances. He also advised on landscaping the area with a different variety of bushes and trees. Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the quality of work done by Precision Services. If there was an issue, they fixed it immediately. They were very professional and polite workers. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for work to be done in and around their home."
