"My central air conditioner failed (after 27 years) and I found Advanced Air Solutions through Angie's list, primarily based on positive reviews and fact that it is a family owned business.  Mark (the owner) returned my call that day and came out the next day to confirm that the AC unit was beyond repair.  It was a very busy time of the month due to the heat, but he was able to schedule the installation of the new 5 ton AC unit the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He  originally scheduled it the Tues after Memorial Day, but came out Saturday before (at my request) because we were having several out of town guests that weekend (and was going to be warm).  He and his son came on time , replaced the central air and replaced the condensation pump.  They moved quickly and were friendly and  courteous and wore the booties so not to track dirt around the house.  They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything done to my satisfaction before they left. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

"Ryan pointed out that our furnace was actually oversized and confirmed our suspicions that the A/C was undersized.  He (and Steve) completed the work over two days.
As everyone knows, this summer has been brutal.  We have probably used our A/C more this year than in the past.  We have been very happy with the ability of the unit to keep the house comfortable.

Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. "A++++++++++. We had just purchased a new dryer and wanted to have the vent system cleaned before it was installed. They were able to do it the day after we called. They were prompt, efficient and professional. A week after the dryer was installed, we had an error code that implied a blockage. Just to make sure it wasn't a vent issue, I called Lowe's to discuss the issue. They offered to come out free of charge to check the system for me and were even able to come that evening. The team was incredibly professional and checked the whole system. They even snaked a camera through the whole system so that I could see it was clear. It ended up being an issue with the dryer itself but I was very reassured by the fact that they were able to show me that the vent system was clear. It is so rare to have service like this these days and I will be using Lowe's for as long as I live in the area and will recommend to all my friends.
