"Marty diagnosed the washer noise problem quickly and was able to obtain the repair parts in an hour or so and had the washer up and running."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I originally reached out to Stan to repair our dishwasher. He diagnosed several issues which turned into needing a new one. He was able to come back and install the new appliance. He was prompt and incredibly detail-oriented. He went to get materials that were not included and was gracious and kind through the whole process. We have had many service providers come to our home and he stands out as one of the best in all of the categories: prompt, communicative, affordable and knowledgeable. So grateful for him and highly recommend his services."

"Daniil was great. Assuming the repair holds up, Daniil was fast, diagnosed the issue and made the repair within just a couple hours. His rates were reasonable, his personality pleasant and his work impeccible. I think you would be pleased to with his work should you select him."

"Kim came over right away to install our new gas stove and for less than half of what others were charging. The other three people we called would not have been able to come out for almost a week! Kim also thoroughly inspected our gas line and repaired a small leak that we were unaware of, still less expensive than any competitors' install price alone! When we found out that Kim does all sorts of handyman jobs- we were sold. He is now our only "go to" for any household repair or install."

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"Rich installed a new front door, lock and hardware for me around a year ago and I've since had problems w/the lock.  Finally, it wouldn't turn at all so I called Rich.  He responded quickly, took the entire lock apart and fixed it.  He didn't charge me a cent.  Rich is the best.
Last year when we had a really bad storm w/high winds and rain, my garage ceiling was leaking badly .  Again, I called him and he came right out and fixed it.  I didn't know until later that his home was hit worse than mine.  He was ankle deep in water in his basement, his tools were ruined as were his water heater and washer/dryer and he had no electricity but still he serviced my home before tackling his own.  Now that's dedication.  Just recently, he had an accident and got a concussion so he missed a little bit of work but as soon as he was feeling better, he got right back to work, did some odd jobs for me and serviced his other customers' needs as well.  I can't say enough good things about this guy.
