"I hired Pablo and his team at Elegant Cement to replace my garage floor and driveway, and redesign my home’s walkways. I also had him pour a slab for a new shed i was having delivered. Pablo worked with me to design my vision, offering flexibility in designing the walkways and adding features I wanted like a graded garage floor for drainage. He advised completing all projects simultaneously to reduce costs, as mobilizing crew and equipment is a major expense. His pricing was fair, and he honored a year-old estimate he gave me after I delayed. He suggested that doing the garage and driveway at the same time would be better as demoing the driveway would allow a loader to get into the garage and make things a lot easier. One thing that stood out was Pablo's offer to install piping under the concrete to redirect gutter drainage, leveraging his landscaping and hardscaping expertise—something other contractor estimates i got wouldn't do. Pablo’s team delivered quality work with professionalism. Everyone was nice, friendly and respectful when cleaning up. If i have to give a critique i would say i wish he would have put plastic up over my stuff on shelves in the garage before they cut the cement, so much dust i had to clean out afterward but more my responsibility then theirs. If you're looking for skilled cement work done for a fair price then Elegant cement is a great contractor to hire."

"After spending $30K with them to "repair" my foundation, it's been over a year now that I've been waiting for them to come back to finish the job and do the warranty the work that they said they would do. Since they've been paid, I can't get any response from them. The work they did was horrible, not according to the Architects plan, they used different materials and did the work improperly. They said that they would be coming back to correct it all. After several no shows and no responses, I had to file a state complaint against this company, it's owner and license holder. Meanwhile my home continues to suffer more because of their caliber of workmanship and lack of ability to do their job properly. If possible, I would not give them any stars!"

"I am very disappointed with the work. I paid what I was asked to patch 4 spots on my roof. Three of these spots leaked after a couple of months from the time it was supposedly repaired. I have been calling and leaving voice and text messages but no answer. Not recommended,"

"5 Star was prompt, I didn't have to worry about them not showing up. My experience with this company was 1st the bathroom vanities were ordered the wrong size because he assumed they were a standard size instead of measuring, and I felt like he was trying to convince me to like them, however, new ones were ordered. I remember in the conversation about the vanities, that he said I was to blame also because he sent me pictures, still after the fact that they were already ordered. 2nd the clean up is not to my liking, I am not sure if drop cloths were used, but it didn't seem like it, there was a extra trash can that came from somewhere and I told him that it was not mine, and he asks am I sure. I know what is mine or not. 3rd, I had a puppy bowl that they took upon themselves to use to put what I guess drywall mud in. Why are you using my belongings? There was paint or drywall mud tracked on the garage floor, the owner claimed that it wasn't from them, however, he did clean it."
