"On the positive side EcoClean the Sewer & Drain Specialist were quick to respond. On the negative side they left a little bit of a mess and it seemed expensive, but that was probably the going rate. I might use them again in the future, I am not sure."

"Cyr was fantastic. Efficient, hardworking, and wonderful staff. I was having trouble coming up w the entire amount in a rapid situation. Had no septic or hot water, was a rough situation. Cyr made it affordable and I had a new septic pump and a hot shower 24 hours later. I am very grateful"

"Hilltop Drain and Plumbing came to declog the main sewer drain that had backed up in our basement and had started to flood. It was pretty expensive but they did a good job and their response time was quick. $975 for 3 hours emergency plumbing on a Saturday evening. I would hire them again especially since plumbers in Maine seem to be going extinct."

"Absolutely unbelievable service. They dropped what they were doing on a Saturday night to come out and fix our septic issue. They explained the issue and fix very clearly. Left the property looking great considering they had to dig into the septic tank. The responders were very friendly and took time to engage in conversation while still achieving their work in a very timely fashion. Not that I know much of the septic business, but the men seemed knowledgeable of their profession and again took time to explain the issue and fix in terms someone as myself could understand. They've definitely been added to our list of businesses for future contact!"

"Our upstairs shower faucet gave way and we couldn't shut the water off. I called CZ--in the middle of a Nor'Easter, by the way-- at 9:57am. At 10:01am, Zach responded to me. At 10:30am, he was in my driveway. At 11:15am, everything was replaced, working better than ever. Along the way, he showed me how to shut the water off to the house quickly if I ever needed to again, and also found a small drip in our main line that he recommended I call the Water District about. He was polite, professional, masked up, and the price for the work was extremely reasonable for how fast he responded and got us back up and running. Great work!"

Given the emergency nature of the project, we did not get other bids so we can't say whether the price was reasonable, but they were upfront about the cost and stuck to their original estimate."

"answered contact quickly, he was not clear on arrival time or replacement equipment used to repair outside faucet. Informed it was a copper replacement pipe and it was not. If it doesn't leak inside or out I will be happy. Gave a 2 year warranty. So far so good, been almost a month. He went about his work quickly and efficiently."
