We hired Louis Steen from furniture Medic and this turned out to be an excellent decision. Not only was Louis quick to respond to my inquiry, we made an appointment for a viewing within a couple of days and we hired him. The work was done within a few more days. Louis was prompt, courteous and very professional and handled the repairs beautifully. We can't even tell where the damage was after Louis was finished with his restoration work. On a 1-10 scale. I would rate this service as a 10 for professionalism, friendliness, neatness punctuality and quality. He definitely will be in my notebook for future work if the opportunity arises for his services again."
