"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"I called at 8pm on Friday he was here 7:30am Saturday morning. We moved in and found out our well was no good and that we needed a new septic system. Plus some work inside that we knew about. We called a few places just to get prices because a lot of companies try to take advantage of people our age and when I tell you he showed up gave a price a lot less than what the other companies gave and told us what needed to be done not what he wanted to do unlike the other places. "Mike did a great job fixing my chimney and replacing some of the bricks. He also waterproofed the whole thing. While he was up there he noticed a crack in the inside liner. He fixed that also. He showed me all the work before and after using a drone. Did a great job and didn’t have to wait long to get it done. He also fixed all the caps on my stone wall that had come loose. Everything looks great. May have a leak in the roof and if so will certainly hire him again."
