"Utlized them a few times now for some home repairs. Alexander team has great communication from start to finish. Shows up on time. On a larger job them kept me informed of the progress and next steps as my laundry room was being repaired after some water damage. Left us feeling very good about choosing them for the repair work. Water damage was difficult enough to deal with and they helped make it easier. Will definitely be continuing to utilize their services for future projects and repairs."

"Smooth from beginning to end. He called back promptly, came to assess the project and gave me an estimate promptly, started and finished promptly and my cost was reasonable. Even critical visitors to my house say the deck looks great."

"I didn't know how I was going to resolve my home improvement project. Bill contacted me immediately after visiting Home Advisor. He was professional, courteous and eased my need to continue searching for a home improvement contractor. I strongly recommend him."

"Yes, the handyman did a great job. For a senior citizen, it's a little on the expensive side. Must budget my items that need fixing on a month-by-month basis; perhaps, establishing a senior discount would be nice. Otherwise, great people! Great concept!"

"Very professional but also very courteous. He listened to us and did everything we asked. He is reliable and he shows up when she said he will show up. He strives to do everything to the highest excellence of his ability. Very meticulous and trustworthy. We have hired him more than once to take care of several projects."

"Great worker. Got the job done professionally. Great guy."

"We are very happy with our new deck"

"This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better. I keep going back to Mark for his work and highly recommend."
