"Top Pros did an excellent job. I originally wanted to repair my deck, but decided on replacing it after they explained the existing issues and the benefits of replacement. They also suggested a new layout which created more usable space on the same footprint. They were professional, responsive, and took pride in their work. The project was completed quickly and the finished product looks great. I would gladly work with them on future projects."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Tony & his crews have always done a great job for me. I've been using their services for at least 15 years now - everything from exterior painting, replacing siding, building new entrance to my deck, etc. Tony responds quickly, he shows up when he says he will, he does what he says he's going to do. I have found his pricing consistent with the high quality of his work. His crews are polite, work hard & always clean-up at the end of each working day. Couldn't be happier."

"Sam Thank you. The installation of a well-constructed chimney crown or cap with appropriate overhang and drip edge features prevents water penetration and prolongs the lifespan of the chimney structure."

"They are excellent and honest. They told me the two windows only needed repaired and not replaced. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again."

"We are completely delighted. Everything went perfectly. Danny, our sales representative, was great at explaining options, and was always available for questions. The expert installers, Andreas and Dmitri, were fun to work with, responsive to our requests, and even installed our new doorbell. I look forward to working with this excellent company again for new windows."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"Best movers ever! Will hire again and highly recommend them to anyone needing fast and very detailed profesionals."

"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again."

"Our experience with Paragon was generally positive and we'd recommend this contractor without reservation. The business arrangements were clear and Paragon operated with integrity and flexibility. Our crew was competent, respectful of our home, friendly, and took pride in doing careful and quality work. Paragon quickly responded to customer feedback and strived for customer satisfaction throughout the project. The sources recommended by Paragon for wall tile, wood flooring, counter granite, cabinet hardware, and plumbling fixtures all provided superior service and extended contractor pricing. Our remodeled kitchen and powder room are key features of our traditional 1926 house and significantly enhance the home appearance and property value."
