"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"New Style Wood Flooring is the BEST around! We had asked them to stain our hardwood floors to grey. Our floors were over 50 years old and we were concerned they were too old to savage. Our neighbor even suggested we'd either leave it or replace them since they may have been too old for repair. However, Danny and his team did an amazing job bringing the floors back to life. They even went above and beyond filling in the wood gaps and caulking the stairs so that the final presentation was perfect. We are very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again for any of our floor needs."
