"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Overall, very happy with my counters. Now if someone else would just do the cooking in there!"

In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"I worked with Sunrise Roofing and construction for the first time back in August of 2011 where they replaced my roof. This time I had a 300 sqft patio that was enclosed by the previous owner. The job done by the previous owner or who he hired was shoddy at best. So after I decided to open it up I called Mr. Christie of Sunrise Roofing and Construction. He later came over and I told him what I was looking at having done and we later came to a price which we both agreed on. As with the first job he was always on time, cleaned up on a daily basis and worked hard in that 29 Palms summer heat. He worked with the city inspector to make sure all the work was being done in accordance with building codes. All in all as with the first job he did for me this was a pleasant experience. Pricing was definitely fair and I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend Mr. Christie and his company Sunrise Roofing and Construction for any project you have from a re-roof to a full blown re-model, you will not be disappointed. Last but least I must apologize to Mr. Christie for taking so long to write this review."
