"Parker and Sons sent out two guys to quote installation of a tankless hot water heater.  They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling time to come out.  They were also very punctual and professional.  They weren't as thorough as some of the other companies that came out, but perhaps that's just knowing what they have to do.  Where I was let down was the price. The quoted prices was 2X the cost of the other two companies I had out to quote the same job.

"Travis and his coworker were very friendly and professional.  We had a few hiccups because they didn't have a tall enough ladder for the install.  They went and rented a taller ladder and continued the install only to find out that the down rod that I had wasn't compatible with the new fan.  So the crew was at my house for most of the morning and wasn't able to complete the job. 

I rescheduled for the following week and had the correct down rod on hand and they finished up the work.  The install ended up costing about twice as much as what I was hoping for but I have to take blame for most of that for not having the proper part.

All & all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use TD Services again in the future.

All work completed in one day . This unit was a 5 ton heat pump by Goodman $12,948. 10 year parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty. One year maintenance/inspection membership. The work seems to have been performed correctly. I do not know whether i received a fair price because I did not habe the opportunity to perform a price compairson with other plumbing services. Mike was courteous and informative. My only criticism: he has not sent me a copy of the warranty for the water heater as promised."
