"JSD properties took a 2 car garage and turned it into grammas new home. This included an entire bathroom install, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a small bedroom. In addition, a new dining room was also added onto the main house. With a baby in the house we were concerned with who we dealt with. The work was great, very satisfied. "It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

"Matt built a sunroom addition for us. We met many contractors before finalizing with Matt and we surely feel good about our decision. Matt's best quality is his flexibility. He wants his customer to be satisfied and happy with the project. He is very energetic and shows care and respect to customer's requests. He is very detailed on his quote. Though all may not finish per the details (in the quote), it is built well and per the code. Matt is personable and will spend time with you explaining and answering questions. His crew is professional, he may though hire helpers for smaller tasks of the project. His framing team is excellent. In terms of timeline, these projects always take longer than planned. Most of the delays are due to scheduling township inspections (and re-inspections). Expect some delays due to Matt's team availability due other projects they are trying to finish. I am very pleased working with Matt for our sunroom project. I highly recommend him."
