Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch.
