"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Anthony did a fabulous job of replacing 3 old turn off valves that had seized up, as well as installing 2 new kitchen faucet stems and an O-ring. He always called to confirm his arrival and was very professional and conscientious in his work. He checked all his repairs multiple times and was very thorough. In the early evening, just before he was about to finish, he discovered a previously unidentified leak that required additional parts. He actually traveled over 20 miles to an open hardware store to acquire the needed parts, returned, and repaired this newly discovered leak. His patience and perseverance are amazing! He is an honest, hardworking plumber who truly knows his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."
