"We highly recommend Riemer Contracting. Danny and his sons fixed our damaged deck and repaired a leak into our home. The job specs were clearly described upfront, and they completed the project on schedule. It couldn't have gone any easier. Danny is a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated on his progress. We are extremely happy with the end result -- and are now enjoying our new deck!"

"Hiring a contractor can be challenging. Let me simplify the process for you. Hire Above & Beyond Contracting for your next home project. Bud and his team just renovated our basement and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They turned our cold, dark basement into a bright entertainment room with a sports bar. They brought our vision to life on schedule and on budget. Bud is extremely talented, knowledgeable and responds to text messages within minutes. When he tells you that he’ll be at your house by 8:00 AM, he’ll be there at 8:00 on the dot. He truly cares about the quality of his work and treats his projects as if they were being done within his own home. After spending 4 months working with him, Bud isn’t just our contractor for the next project…he’s a friend."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "I would wager it's pretty rare that your relationship with a contractor is so smooth, so collaborative and so easy that they become a legitimate friend... but that's what happened with Dave Nessel and me. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

"Joe and Chris exceeded all of our expectations with the job. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"Nick came right out to see the project in November.he made it clear that they only had availability in the spring. Based on the reviews on Home Advisor,we decided to wait. They were a pleasure to have around and were extremely efficient. Nick made suggestions from experience including veto-ing my original counter choice! He was sooo right! We love the job and have more things planned for the future."
