"Mike came out for an estimate based on mold sighting during my home inspection and was very friendly explaining everything he would do as part of the service and information about thier warranty and product. He came back about a week later to treat the infected area (attic) and even asked about the basement and took a peek to make sure it also was not a problem, which he confirmed wasn't. Mike followed up to verify that all of the mold was killed a week later and followed up a second time by phone. He also advised me to look into venting my attic sometime in the future to improve overall air quality. I would and did recommend Mike to other people and use him again in the future."

Chris is the owner and installer and he gave me a date 2 days away since I wanted this done immediately and he had a cancellation. He was considerate, courteous and quite knowledgeable about radon and how high exposure for an extended period can cause physical Illnesses. Price was $150. for the test and $1,500. for the installation of the mitigation system."

He was very transparent when he informed me of the type of services and the costs associated and even suggested forgoing some of his services based on the location of the home.
