"Originally I hired Brian to remodel 2 bathrooms. He had good references and his prices were VERY reasonable. He finished the jobs quickly and exactly on budget, even with unforseen problems. The rooms are beautiful. His dedication is unmatched, his service exceptional. He is reachable, responds quickly & goes the extra mile EVERY time. He rescued me on a Sunday night when a pipe broke, he returned my calls from his vacation. When I got behind on my yard work he sent one of his guys out to mow the lawn. "After past experiences with other local carpet cleaners, I had given up on having my carpets professionally cleaned. Other cleaners would be in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. The carpet wouldn't be clean and would be so saturated that it took a week to dry. My carpet really needed a good cleaning and I decided to give it one more try and contacted Mike at Healthy Indoors Carpet. Mike was great. He is accommodating, punctual, considerate of my time, hardworking, and a true gentleman. I contacted him a week before Christmas for an estimate and asked if it could be done before Christmas. To my surprise, he said "yes". On the day of the job he phoned and texted me to let me know that he would be a little late. Now with most service people, this usually means that you get to cool your heels for a couple of hours. Mike arrived 10 minutes past our appointment! He started off by vacuuming the carpet. Then pretreated it before the cleaning. It was the coldest day of the winter and Mike took measures to seal if the door to minimize heat loss. Unfortunately, it was so cold that he had a problem with the lines freezing until the equipment warmed up. Needless to say, it took him a lot longer than expected to complete the job. Most contractors would have cut corners and rushed the job. Not Mike. He took his time and did the job properly. There was a high traffic area that needed a special cleaner that was not on the truck because of the freezing temperatures. Mike came back at a later date and took care of it. Because of the below freezing temperatures, water from the truck froze on my driveway. Mike asked if I had any salt and then salted the icey driveway. I was so pleased with the job that I recommended Mike to a friend that very afternoon. His attitude and professional is a breath of fresh air."

"The two gentlemen came on time and did a very professional job. They got right to business and were able to make our bedroom area rug look like new! They also did an excellent job on our upholstery and were able to remove wine stains (from our kids), candy stains (from our grandkids), and the dog poop brought in on everyone's shoes. "Jose showed up on time for the estimate. He put it in writing in a contract that was not written in clear english. I sent a deposit and texted for a work date. When he finally called me, he did not even know if he'd received the deposit. He told me he'd do the work with 6 guys. His brother-in-law shoed up with one guy. House came out great except for dirty windows. But the stone patio and walkways were damaged. After they left, I picked up pieces of bluestone and concrete. They offered t come back and fix it for a price to be determined. But I hired someone else. I would not hire them again."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
