"Mike came out and I showed him what I needed done: clean the hall carpets of 2 apartment buildings including 2 staircases in each and one apartment. He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again. I'm considering having them done every 6 months to increase the carpets longevity. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
