"David, the repairman arrived on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed and repaired the faulty heating element in my Whirlpool electric clothes dryer. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely contact Atlanta City Appliance Repair again for future appliance repairs."

"My LG clothes dryer was blowing cold air. I called a different company first, but I was unsure of their repairman's expensive diagnosis. I called Appliance Works for a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did. Appliance Works sent me a very knowledgeable and friendly technician who took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue and explain it to us. As it turned out, it was simply a sensor that wasn't working (and not the whole motherboard as the competitor had told us). He relayed to us a reasonable parts and labor estimate on the spot. Then he showed us a workaround with the dryer settings that would get the dryer to blow hot air until the repair visit is scheduled. I highly trust and recommend based on my experience."

"Preston explained the problem and told us the cost and parts needed. He fixed it, but after he left, it started squeaking again and thumping. He came back the next day and corrected the problem. He saw another issue and ordered the part and fixed that. He charged a very reasonable price and told us beforehand if it was a certain part, it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. I don’t like buying new appliances when I have an older, solidly built one. Preston is honest, very professional, and a bit of a perfectionist. He went beyond what I expected, and I would definitely call him again. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."

"1st to actually call & arrived within two hours. Diagnostics and repairs were completed within two hours where parts were available. Communicated well."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The repairs were performed quickly and efficiently. I've used this business for two separate repairs: once for a clogged washer drain, and just today for a bad dryer heating element (and thermo-coupler) on a 14-yr old dryer. In both cases, the prices were reasonable, and the representative, Dion, was friendly, informative, and professional."
