This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation.
