"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. "Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. I would not hesitate to recommend  him, and, indeed, plan to call on him in the future."

"FANTASTIC experience! Mr. Tutko returned my call quickly, and had a plumber over to our house within just a couple of hours. Jeff Gill was terrific - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. <br /> We were convinced a jet tub upstairs was leaking into and damaging the kitchen ceiling. Jeff found the access door to the tub, and noticed no leaks - but the view was limited. He ultimately needed to cut out a piece of drywall in the kitchen to take a look at the whole situation. When he couldn't find a leak, he continued to search to find the source of the water - turns out, when the home was built, the builders left some fairly good-sized holes open on the exterior. We'd never noticed, Jeff was the first to find them. He's a plumber, so he couldn't do the needed repairs, but he recommended steps we could take on our own to handle the problem, at least temporarily. <br /> He then closed the drywall hole in the kitchen with a couple of screws. We'll get that repaired (should be very easy to do). "Background:  I have a 25 year old house which I had built in 1988.  Unfortunately, the plumber I used when the house was originally constructed wasn't so good, and I've had 3 slab leaks since.  I used API on the last two slab leaks...one in 2007 and the other in 2011.  <br /> API did a great job.  On the 2007 leak, they located the leak, dug out the floor in the kitchen bathroom and did a simple pipe re-route,.  As they attempted to repair the leak...it didn't work....the information the leak detection specialist (provided by my insurance company) gave them was wrong, so they ran another pipe and completed the repair.  They total bill was $1290...very much within reason.  <br /> In 2011, I had my third slab leak...so at their recommendation, I had them install two new 3/4" plastic water lines from the water heater in the garage about 65 feet to the master bedroom manifold.   Since I had no attic space, they had to cut a long hole in the drywall all along in inside ceiling and worked like crazy with two men to place the plastic pipe, and re-run the water supply.  Since I had a water softener circuit, they also suggested I add a 1/2" plastic water line in the same pipe channel....just in case I have a there leak in the future.  I thought this was a great idea and the additional cost was minimal. <br /> When doing the installation ,they discovered that I had rsut showing in the bottom of my water heater.  I found the invoice from Home Depot, and it was still under warranty, so I got a replacement water heater that night.  They installed it at no charge the next day without service interruption since they were all ready working on the system. <br /> I also used them in 2010 to install two new Kohler elongated toilets, with slow close toilet seats, which cost $780. <br /> Overall, the've done excellent work and I would use them again. <br /> Dean P."
