"We called Fernando about our dryer not heating when it was running. His office arranged an appointment quickly and he arrived very punctually. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the thermoregulator and a burnt wire and let me know the cost to replace. He was very helpful when I asked him if it was worth it to replace the part or just get a new dryer since it is so old. He took some time to look it over and explained what he would look for to say that it wouldn't last. He told me it looked like all the right parts were still in great condition, so a quick fix would be in order. Within 15 minutes he had replaced it and explained to me how it had burned out.  He also walked around the house with me to point out where the dryer vent comes out on the roof and explained how to have it cleaned out so this won't happen again. He took time to ensure all my questions were answered and I was happy with the outcome before he left.
