My sweet landlady removed the stick-on laminate flooring from the bathroom floor, revealing a beautiful ceramic tile underneath. She used Goo Gone, a scraper, and some kind of other cleaner to remove the adhesive. Oh Lordy, what a mess. There was not only sticky residue from the adhesive, but also oily residue from the Goo Gone! I tried, but couldn't get it off. Enter Joe and Tile & Grout Solutions! He applied a commercial-grade, professional stripper product first, followed by a cleaner on the ceramic tile. He mopped it and blew it dry, and it is now clean, fresh, and really gorgeous. "For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

"John Creswell performed the cleaning and sealing of all my new tile floors and grout inside and outside of my home, as well as the cleaning of all the floors (carpet and tile) of my previous rental home.  The grout was painstakingly hand sealed with a substance that was similar to paint that matched the grout color perfectly and prevents dirt and oils from penetrating the porous surface of the grout.  Cleaning the tile floors and grout is very simple and easy now - no hard scrubbing on hands and knees to remove dirt from grout lines.  I am also using some of Mr. Creswell's cleaning agents and tools and am very happy with everything.
