"Brandon did an exceptional job welding my broken wrought iron gate. He was prompted, engaging, and knows his business. Thanks again Brandon"

"Excellent work performed by Shinya and his crew. They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. Wildlife Evictors cares about their work and their customers' satisfaction."

"

• I am very pleased with the result. His work is meticulous. His crew is fantastic (especially the tile pro Pedro).  They all have very high standards. I have hired Jean Claude and crew again for another project to start in November 2015. Thanks Jean Claude!

"They did an excellent job. There was a delay in scheduling from them because of other commitments and inclement weather. Over all they did an wonderful job and I would rehire."

"We just used Bear Mountain Custom Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our house, including restaining our back deck and fixing wood rot issues on our cedar shingle siding. The work quality was exceptional from the entire team, starting with the sales coordinator (Zach). We had received several estimates from other companies and Bear Mountain was right in the middle, but we chose Bear Mountain because of their superlative reviews and the expertise that was immediately conveyed by Zach (who did a much more thorough survey of the house for wood rot issues, and also knew correctly that cedar siding needed to be stained rather than painted). Whereas other companies proposed just filling in wood rot with Bondo, the philosophy at Bear Mountain is that to make a durable repair, the rotten wood should be removed completely and replaced with rot-proof materials (PVC or pressure-treated wood). Having had previous bondo repairs of wood performed by the preceding homeowners fail, we were really impressed with the excellent carpentry work performed by Bear Mountain Custom Paiting. The work crew, led by Higi, was fantastic. Higi was a wonderful communicator, and any issues (like windows painted shut) were immediately rectified. Due to cold weather and rain, the crew couldn't work for several days, and this was always communicated to us in a timely fashion--they then would often bring a larger work crew the next day so as to finish the project on time. We were thrilled with the quality of the final work, as the house looks fantastic and we are confident that it will remain in excellent condition for years! They took care to clean up the site thoroughly at the end of the job, and took extra precautions to make sure that our exterior cameras were fully protected. This is an honest company of exceptional professionalism, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."

"The workmanship and pricing was excellent. Interior whole house Painting, carpet installation and lighting install was done at a reasonable price. I used their service for two separate properties and was pleased both times. Also did some minor handyman work for me."
