His crew worked sun up to sun down to get everything done on time. Bond posted and permit with town all went smoothly. The coordination of cement truck and even helping lower water & sewage pipe in driveway was no issue. Anthony demonstrates absolute professionalism and is a real pleasure to work with. "Mike and his crew of expert builders did a fantastic job. Mike was offering a 20% off coupon, but even without that, his quote came in lower and with better materials than the other two companies I had quote (and I had already worked with one company on a large project). He came right out to look at the job and had a quote to me within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and we struck a deal. It took a little longer to get started than he said, but it was entirely due to the rainy weather we've had in July and early August. It seemed to pour on every start date we set. Nevertheless, he made my hard deadline with time to spare. He also did the job right -- making sure everything was level, that my plants were taken care of during the building process, ensuring that I was consulted during the building and that I had no questions, and (very important!) using the best quality materials. I am DELIGHTED with the results and know that I would not have received such excellent work or such an excellent price from anyone else. (Note that I didn't hire the company that I'd already done a huge hardscaping project with the year prior....). He even powerwashed my walkway and a concrete area as well as my driveway where he'd stored some materials. Mike is pleasant, customer-orientated, honest, and delivers above expectation. I watched the guys who built the divider wall and they spent a lot of time picking through the pile of former-chimney rocks to find just the right ones and to lay them in perfectly. "Larry came out for an estimate quickly.  I had to postpone work a bit because of some other issues with the house.  When I was ready to go, Larry came back out and we went through everything again.  This time a few other issues were brought to light.  I went with Foundation Experts because the recommendations seemed more logical than other ideas that had been proposed by other companies.  Once the contract was signed, work began quickly.  Quite a few workers were there for different aspects of the job.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  Andy was involved in different aspects of the project than the others and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.  The job didn't really take too much time and was spread out over 2 days.  Everything looks good.  The initial reason for my call to them was because of water pouring into my basement when it rains.  Hoping that what they did will do the trick.  Time will tell.

"Max Construction exceeded our expectations. He came into our home and advised us on what we needed to be repaired. We recently bought a home where the cabinet under the sink was completely rotted and molded as well as the wall behind it. He provided us with a clear and precise work order and the estimate was extremely fair and within our budget. We had other contractors come in that provided high estimates and wanted to use cheap material but not Max Construction. He used high end wood and installed the lazy Susan with a cabinet trash recycle bin pull out with soft close hinges. My wife was super satisfied and you all know a happy wife is a happy life. No job is to big or small with Max Construction so if you want your home remodeled or repaired without getting over charged hire Max. He knows what he is doing and will listen to your ideas and provide his expertise for you to have the home of your dreams. With all respect to all the contractors here on Angie's list I am going with Max with all of my home projects and will recommend him to my family as they are looking to remodel their homes as well.
