After asking me for the make and the model number, I was unable to locate the model number. Upon his request, I also sent him photos so he could locate the correct parts. Days later, he was still unable to figure out what model I had and what parts he needed. I was able to do a simple Google search and locate the pertinent information. He has not called me back.
