The installers were very conscientious and took precautions to avoid leaving a mess. There were two relatively minor issues that we became aware of after the installation and Bell came back promptly and fixed them without complaint. I don't have a good context for the price, but it seemed reasonable in the context of my neighbor's installation and my previous dealings with them on service had been good."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
