"The owner of the company came out within an hour of our plumber's call to him about our mold problem - very responsive. He gave us a detailed description of what he thought the problem was and how his company would fix it. When the remediation team came to our house a couple days later, they did exactly what was expected per what the owner suggested was the extent of the problem - cut drywall out, remove it safely from the rooms, clean up any residual mold, roll back the carpet and look for water damage on that, bag off the area, and filter and dry area. Justin led the team. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgable, and personable. He came back nearly every day for a week to make sure every thing was drying out as it should.
