"I found this company on Angis list and they quickly responded to my request to set up an appointment. I have an old oven and was concerned that I needed to replace it. However, Vitaliy came to inspect my oven and he was respectful and honest with his assessment. He was knowledgeable on this older type of wall oven and gave me a fair quote. The part that needed to be replaced was quickly ordered and another appointment was scheduled. Vitaliy communicated with me when he was on his way, which I appreciated. The wall oven presented itself with some challenges but he was able to eventually fix the problem and replace the parts. He also shared with me some insights on how it was installed and where the shutoff valve was located. Since he was knowledgeable about this brand, I asked him other general questions about my other appliances. Overall, he left and I was very satisfied with the work. I would certainly have Expert Appliance Repair and Vitaliy work on other household appliances. Thank you for your expertise!"

While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "I really appreciated technician Arthur, who came to my home twice and was either on time or when he was delayed, called to let me know and then arrived shortly. He educated me about my washer and showed me that it needed a new pump. He was courteous, efficient and he left everything orderly when he was finished. After diagnosing the problem he put in the order for the part. When he arrived a few days later for the installation he found out it had not been stocked on his truck so there was a delay, not Arthur’s fault. However, Breanna called me and took responsibility for the error and solved the problem—mistakes happen! All in all it was a good experience and I would hire Mr Appliance again, and would request Arthur."
