"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

"What can't I say about James, Ernie & Bryan/Brien. I hired Zero Electric (ZE) to raise/replace my front and backyard electrical outlets. James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did. I have had other contractors do work for me, ZE is the 2nd contractor's staff that I was very impressed with. Their work is excellent, warm, pleas'g characters and a joy to be around. "Glen, Enrique and Joseph did an amazing work rewiring our house. We started out just wanting to change the old panel and sub panel to a single panel for the whole house outside and fix a few outlets that went out to a complete rewire. Glen pointed out several problems with the wiring and how to fix it. Enrique and Joseph came in and worked through the house beginning with the garage and working through the kitchen. The work was done through patches instead of tearing the walls out. Rosa and Nicole were very helpful in the office with payments and permits. "Came out the next morning and checked out the electrical outlets. The problem was we plugged in a coffee grinder and the cord flamed out. The electrician came out the next morning, because he knew this could be a big problem. After checking all the outlets on the circuit, determined it was an old, 30 year old coffee grinder. Our mind was at rest."
